RanchFest
Annual all-neighbors picnic at Area 5, Tucker’s Grove. We provide tri-tip, chicken, garlic bread, and vegetarian lasagna. Neighbors bring salads, snacks, and dessert. There will be games for the kids, and jitney service from the parking lot to the picnic area.
This year’s special event: Black Dog Trivia! Also featured: Kunin wines and a keg from Draughtsmen Aleworks.

Juniper Removal (Free)
12 neighbors have signed up for juniper removal, as part of a FireWise program. There have been postponements; grant AT grantaaron.com is in contact with FireWise on scheduling.

Branch Grinding / Dumpster
Have your limbs and brush out on the street by Monday May 11 at 8:00 AM! This is paid for by FireWise — it’s free! This will also include placing a roll off dumpster at the fruit exchange site across from 1199 Camino Meleno, which will be used for non-chippable green waste like palm fronds etc. (The dumpster arrived on May 6.)
Update: The dumpster filled on May 8 and a new one was provided on May 11.
Update: The start of grinding is delayed to May 13 due to extra workload at another neighborhood. Leave your greens out…

Professional Green-Space Cleanup
We have hired professional gardeners to work on the green space on Camino Rio Verde.
