Organization

The Rancho del Ciervo Homeowners Association is a California Nonprofit Organization whose members are the owners and residents of the Rancho del Ciervo neighborhood. (See the Maps page.)

The HOA does not own property and is not a Davis-Sterling HOA; rather, it is a social welfare organization dedicated to keeping the neighborhood “Safe, Beautiful, and Friendly”. Voluntary dues are $100/year.

Each year at a general meeting, members elect candidates to serve staggered 2-year terms on a governing Board, which can contain up to 10 members.
